Google my business will no longer provide the toll free phone support

Google my business has recently decided to pull out its toll free support for users.

Toll free support is a best way for users to connect with a specialist to resolve their queries and issues.

So, now onward, if you have any issue related to your Google business listing, you cannot connect to anyone for the quick response from help center.

What is the announcement: Google has announced that it has removed the customer toll free help line numbers from Google My Business Homepage.

Wherein you will be redirected to Google My Business Help Center for further assistance and  if you call to an existing toll free numbers, no one picked up the call to assist.

How you can connect to help-center: You can fill out a form and request to google to get call back to your issue. Altogether you could also request a call back from contact us option in Google My Business.

We have nothing to do as we can only follow the guidelines further to get assistance however the response time will definitely be slow for users on their concerns.
